Experience: 1 - 2 years security supervisor experience
Shifts Available:

  • Shift: 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm (split shift) - All Days
  • Shift: 11pm-7am - All Days

Expected duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Managing all elements of security before, during and ending of shifts;
  • Perform and supervise patrols;
  • Ensuring all members of the security team are following procedures;
  • Enforcing COVID-19 protocols;
  • Providing excellent customer service;
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times;
  • Provide JSB standard customer service while assisting clients, customers, employees, visitors, and guests;
  • Report any suspicious persons, vehicles, packages and/or activities;
  • Immediate response and assist to emergencies to provide necessary support and contact emergency services when necessary;
  • Coach and train team members;
  • Write incident reports and log book entries;
  • Protect the client’s and company’s assets from theft, assault, fire or other safety issues;
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members.


  • 1 - 2 years security supervisor experience
  • Valid New York State Security Guard License
  • Fireguard F-01
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Proven work experience in similar role
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Assist with scheduling and covering post/shifts
  • Ability to de-escalate through excellent communication skills
  • Strong and Consistent Work Ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Command of the English language and ability to be clearly understood in English
  • Strong smartphone & tablet operating skills
  • Professional Demeanor and Appearance
  • 18 years old (or the minimum age required by State)
  • Authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Pass a drug test with negative results
  • Pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment and education verification, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicable
