Experience: 3 years security supervisor experience
Shifts Available:
- Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7am
- Sunday - Thursday 7am-3pm
Expected duties may include but are not limited to:
- Travel to JSB client sites by public transportation or personal car;
- Visit 8 - 10 site during your shift;
- Conduct site visits to ensure all field personnel operate within JSB standards;
- Provide a high and detailed level of training for new security guards on site;
- Participate and assist managers in training classes;
- Conduct security post inspections and regular check-ins;
- Complete detailed reports for every site visit;
- Observe, document and report anything that could be a hazard or have an negative impact on security guards, JSB, the site or client;
- Respond to on-site incidents and write detailed incident and log reports;
- Conduct on-site coaching and training with guards and security professionals;
- Correct inappropriate performance of security guards;
- Issue write up to security guards in violation of JSB's policies and procedures;
- Hold post when necessary;
- Professional Demeanor and Appearance High Level of Integrity;
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 years proven security supervisor experience;
- Valid New York State Security Guard License;
- Must possess or be able to obtain quickly all site-specific certifications, including OSHA 10 Hour Construction & Safety, Fireguard S-60 & S-95, TWIC
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Flexible work schedule
- Must be able to work weekends

- 18 years old (or the minimum age required by State)
- Authorized to legally work in the United States
- Pass a drug test with negative results
- Pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment and education verification, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicable
- If prior military, must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, upon job offer
